Through consultation with our industry partners, organizers of the Realscreen Summit have revised our press policy to reflect the evolution of the conference.
As the Realscreen Summit is a business conference first and foremost, we will only issue press credentials to national and international trade and consumer business media outlets, and to a select number of national, international and regional entertainment-oriented media and media beat reporters. Once issued, press credentials allow reporters access to sessions at the Realscreen Summit, WITH THE EXCLUSION OF 30 Minutes With... sessions, Speed Pitching sessions, Speed Networking sessions, Production Partners sessions, Distribution One-on-Ones sessions, Agent One-on-Ones sessions, Luncheon Roundtables and Delegates’ Lounge access. Credentials will be issued to select applicants for the sole purpose of covering the event for a specified media outlet. Accreditation to the Realscreen Summit is solely at the discretion of the eventís organizers.
All press-related TV cameras are expressly forbidden outside of the press room which will be made available on the main conference floor to accommodate on-camera interviews, as approved by speakers through the Realscreen Summit.
For a detailed list of requirements and regulations, please contact Lauren Talledo at email@example.com.
